Airtel Rwanda has kicked off the holiday spirit in a spectacular way, launching a new festive campaign aimed at spreading joy, gratitude, and togetherness across the country. The launch event, held at the Kigali Golf Resort & Villas, introduced “Christmas Flavour”, a heartwarming initiative that blends music, community engagement, and customer appreciation.
At the heart of this year’s celebrations is a special collaboration with acclaimed Gospel artist Israel Mbonyi, whose ICYAMBU Tour continues to attract thousands of worshippers and music lovers nationwide. As part of the partnership, Mbonyi will lead two major end-of-year performances — December 25, 2025, at BK Arena and January 1, 2026, at Rubavu Stadium.

Airtel Rwanda’s Managing Director, Mr. Sujay Chakrabarti, described Christmas Flavour as more than just a festive initiative; it is a renewed expression of Airtel’s dedication to delivering dependable, meaningful, and customer-centered services.
He reiterated Airtel’s unwavering promise — “IKOKINGE”, symbolizing that the customer remains the King at the core of Airtel’s mission.
Chakrabarti emphasized the company’s strong ecosystem powered by a fully upgraded 100% 4G and VoLTE network, reassuring Rwandans of Airtel’s commitment to excellence, reliability, and seamless experiences throughout the holiday season.
Israel Mbonyi’s Message of Hope and Worship
During the announcement, Gospel star Israel Mbonyi expressed heartfelt appreciation for the partnership, explaining the importance of sharing music that brings hope, reflection, and unity during the festive season.
“These concerts are a time for us to reflect, give thanks, and celebrate together. I am thankful to Airtel Rwanda for supporting this vision and helping us take this message of worship and hope to thousands across Kigali, Rubavu, and beyond,” he said.
With his ICYAMBU concerts attracting huge audiences year after year, the upcoming shows are expected to be some of the most memorable holiday moments for families, church communities, and music enthusiasts.

Concert tickets are now available on the ticqet.rw platform, where fans can easily and securely purchase using Airtel Money. To add more excitement, ticket buyers who pay with Airtel Money will automatically enter a special Lucky Draw, giving them a chance to win exclusive prizes during the Christmas and New Year festivities.
